Chris is a highly decorated litigator who has won impressive victories on behalf of his clients in a range of employment cases. He has been named to the lists of Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America and other accolades. He works tirelessly for his clients in cases involving whistleblower retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, discrimination and wrongful termination. Chris has represented employees in national class action lawsuits and is a certified Employment Law Specialist.

He is a former Chair of both the Minnesota State Bar Association's Labor & Employment Section and the Labor & Employment Specialist Certification Board. Chris is currently a Board Member of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and sits on the Governance Committee.
